After a period of time, the machine will change the oil. Although the new oil and the old oil should be of the same brand and specifications, before changing the oil, all the old oil should be put out and washed clean. In addition, there are other factors affecting the quality of the hydraulic oil:
1. Air. If there is gas in the hydraulic oil pipeline, when the bubbles overflow, they will impact the pipe wall and components to form cavitation, which will make the system not work properly and cause component damage for a long time.
2. Physical and chemical reactions. Cleaning clean paint in the tank will lead to changes in the chemical properties of the oil.
3, water. The water content in oil should not exceed the mark according to GB/T1118.1-94 technical standard. If the water content in oil exceeds the mark, it must be replaced. Otherwise, it will not only damage bearings, but also rust the surface of steel parts, which will make hydraulic oil emulsified, deteriorated and precipitate, hinder the heat conduction of cooler, affect the work of valve and reduce the effective working area of oil filter. The abrasion of oil is increased. Therefore, we must choose a good hydraulic oil.
4. Oxidation. The working temperature of hydraulic oil for general construction machinery is 30-80 C. The service life of hydraulic oil is closely related to its working temperature. Experience tells us that when the working oil temperature exceeds 60 C, the service life of oil decreases by half with the increase of 8 C. That is to say, the service life of oil at 90 C is about 10% of that of oil at 60 C. The reason is that oil is oxidized.
5. Impurities. Impurities can not only wear the moving parts, but also affect the normal operation of the whole system once they are stuck in the spool or other moving pairs, resulting in machine failure.
