4) According to the capacity of oil filter, after 2-3 times of the amount of oil filtered by circulating filter, the oil nozzle is swirled open and the oil sample is taken out for test until it is qualified.

5) After working for a certain period of time, the pressure rises above 0.5 MPa or the pressure decreases compared with the initial pressure. The system filter paper breaks down or the filter paper absorbs a large amount of water capillary expansion, both of which have lost the filtering capacity.

6) The safety valve has been checked and adjusted before leaving the factory, and sealed with lead stamp. It can not be disassembled at will. If it is really necessary to make adjustments, it must pass the test before it can continue to use.

7) When working, attention should be paid to the oil mark. If there is too much oil in the oil pan, the return valve can be opened, the oil in the oil pan can be put out completely, and then the return valve can be closed.

8) When there is too much water in the oil, the oil should be heated to evaporate part of the water, and then filtered when it is cooled to room temperature.

9) At the end of filtration, the machine should be cleaned, rust-proof oil coated and placed in a dry and ventilated place.

1. Gas content (mainly detecting acetylene content). Usually, acetylene will be produced in transformer oil only when it meets high temperature cracking or partial discharge, which will increase acetylene content in oil. However, another situation is that when transformer oil flows in PVC pipe at high speed after passing through gear oil pump, static electricity will be generated and acetylene gas will be produced in transformer oil, which will make acetylene gas in oil. In this case, it is necessary to change the gear oil filter pump into flexible oil pump. In addition, changing the PVC oil pipe into stainless steel pipe or galvanized pipe can also prevent static electricity.

2. Limit Vacuum Degree Not Drawn by Vacuum Pump

When the fault occurs, the air tightness of the vacuum system should be checked first to see if there is a slight leakage. Secondly, we should open the gas town and let the pump run for about 30 minutes to drain the compressible vapor caused by non-pump oil pollution and eliminate the influence of compressible vapor on the ultimate vacuum.

After eliminating the above two factors, the main reasons for the vacuum pump not pumping the limit vacuum degree are as follows: the pollution of pump oil and the need to change oil; the blockage of the oil filter in the pump causes the oil pipeline of the compression oil injection system to be blocked and the oil supply is insufficient, resulting in the improper sealing of the pump body, which requires cleaning the internal oil filter; the deformation, wear or damage of the valve of the distributor can also lead to the oil supply. Insufficient, then check the replacement of distributor valves; prolonged use of the vacuum pump caused by rotor wear or insufficient spring tension in the rotor, resulting in inadequate isolation of suction chamber and exhaust chamber, resulting in vacuum pump performance decline, at this time should replace the rotary blade and spring, and clean the rotor and pump chamber; check the exhaust valve, see if its action is not working, leading to no exhaust. Chang, if necessary, replace the exhaust valve.

3. Discharging mechanism of oil filter: After opening the filter plate, the filter cake of vertical automatic filter press is pressed on the horizontal filter plate, and the filter cake is removed by moving the filter cloth out of the filter plate. The filter cake of horizontal automatic filter press is separated from the filter cloth by self-weight and falls out from the filter plate; some automatic filter press drives the filter cloth to walk with the cloth moving mechanism, and scrapes the filter cake sticking to the filter cloth with the scraper; others use the vibrator to make the filter cloth vibrate, so that the filter cake falls off from the filter cloth.
